Do you have your first civil trial approaching? Are you nervous on what you need to do to prepare? This presentation will help calm your nerves and provide you with everything you need to know to prepare for trial. It will even cover things that you cannot find in books or trial resources – things that come from experience in trying cases.

Jay was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his undergraduate degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky in 1999. Jay graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2002. He is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Ohio.
