South Carolina flood relief donation

As you are aware, the flooding that rocked South Carolina last week has been devastating to many of our communities across the state.  While fortunately not everyone was directly impacted by this catastrophe, I know that we all know someone who was.  Many peoples homes, vehicles, and memories were literally swept away in a flash.

As trial lawyers, we are leaders of our communities and often who people turn to when there is nowhere else to go.  The outpouring of support from the communities across the state has been nothing short of amazing and we as an association need to continue this.  While the resources have been bountiful in most parts of Richland County, our neighbors in the more rural counties have not been so fortunate.  We want to focus our efforts and resources there first, while continuing to assist those in Richland.

Please consider a finanicial donation to exclusively help these relief efforts.

The South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) was founded over 50 years ago by a small group of trial lawyers. Since then, our mission has been to serve our members and those we are sworn to protect.  We work to uphold and defend the constitutions of our state and nation. We fight tirelessly to protect the rights of the individual; to seek justice through open and fair courtrooms; to resist unjust laws; to support policies that hold wrongdoers accountable; to strengthen the civil justice system through education; and to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in the legal profession.
